We needed to get a survey quickly to check a boundary line for a property that's been in our family for many years, because we'd just learned that sale of the next-door property was closing soon and the fence line was unclear. We were worried because we live out of state and needed quick action. Andy at West KY Land Survey took great care of us. He got the survey going right away, communicated with us promptly and regularly. It was a little tricky for him to get started because we live out of state and didn't have the deed, but Andy was able to locate the documents he needed. He provided us with a very professional final survey product and took the time to explain what he found and give an opinion on the boundary line. His fee was quite reasonable, especially since he had to move quickly to get the survey done before the next-door sale closed. Finally, Andy was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I completely agree with the other reviewers that this is a business with integrity and you could not go wrong with them. We could not be happier about the work
